Michelle L. Boven, of Clio, age 60, died Mon, Jul 4, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11am Sat, Jul 9, 2016 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Gary Boven officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Fri from 2-4pm and 6 to 8 pm and on Sat from 10 am until the time of the service.
Michelle was born May 29, 1956, in Flint, MI to LD and Alice(Cockerill) Hausler. She had resided I n the Clio area most of her life. She graduated from Clio High School in 1974. Michelle married William Boven on Apr 20, 1991. She was employed as a chef at Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth for 26 years.
Surviving are her husband Ted; 2 children: Shelley (Greg) Bauer of Caledonia and Chad (Jennifer) Wentworth of Louisville, KY; 5 grandchildren: Joshua, Emily, Shelby, Hailey, and Zachary; mother, Alice Cockerill; sister, Melody (George) Underhill. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, LD Hausler, and sister, Melinda Reck.
