Melissa Ann Dils, 25, of Kalkaska, died Wed, Jun 30, 1999, of injuries suffered in an auto accident near Kingsley.
Melissa was born Jan 2, 1974, in Traverse City to Michael and Dorothy Andrew Dils.
At the time of her death, she was employed at Grand Traverse Plastics. She was a 1992 graduate of Kalkaska High School.
Surviving are father Michael Dils of South Boardman; mother Dorothy Dils of Rapid City; sisters Sherry Aldrich of Thompsonville and Heather (Mike) Fitzgerald of Rapid City; paternal grandmother Audrey Dils of Kingsley; maternal grandparents Phyllis (Donald) Zallenick of Phoenix, AZ, and Donald Andrews of Manton; nieces and nephews Trevor, Tyler, Caelan, Charlie, Cassie, and Austin; roommate Renee Rourke of Kalkaska; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services were Jul 3 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; E. Dan Johnson officiated. A committal service was at Barnum Cemetery at Mayfield.
