Martha Simmons, 80, died Jan 8, 2001, after a brief illness.
Born in Columbus, OH, Ginny was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church, where she served as a eucharistic minister and on the Finance Committee.
Preceded in death by her parents, Omar and Louise Fenstermaker, she is survived by her husband of 55 years, Clyde P; son, James (Claudia) of Suffield; grandchildren, Erin and Michael; sisters, Mary Lee Butts of Columbus, Nancy Fenstermaker of TN, Violet Hercshler of PA; brothers, Robert of Flint, OH, Richard of Powell, OH, and Jack of FL; and her pet, Lucky.
Mass of Christian Burial Fri, 1 pm at Annunciation Catholic Church, 87 Broad St., with Fr. Ralph Coletta officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Procession will from at 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Visitation at the Eckard-Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St., Thu 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm during which a Rosary service will be held.
