Marshall G. Clapsaddle, 83, resident of Brown City area most of his life passed away Tue in the Marlette Community hospital after an extended illness.
He was born September 13, 1881 in Flynn Township, son of the late William and Elmira Clapsaddle.
On January 28, 1921 he was married to Ethel Mae Saumby in Pontiac.
He worked as a mechanic and was a member of the Brown City IOOF Lodge No. 127.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Guy Racher of Rochester and Mrs. Newell Morgan, Port Huron; one brother, Albert of Peck; grandchildren; great grandchild _________ and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Fri in the Carman Funeral Home, Brown City with Rev. John Roach Pastor of the Brown City Methodist church officiating.
Burial will be in Omard cemetery.
