Marion R Simon, 89, of Williamsburg, formerly of Fife Lake, died Thu, Apr 19, 2001, at Hope Village.
Mrs. Simon resided in Clearwater, FL until 1983, when she moved to Fife Lake. She was a member of the Fife Lake United Methodist Church, and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and working as a volunteer.
She was born in Toledo, OH on Nov 13, 1911, the daughter of Earl and Ruth Harris Boyer. On Aug 18, 1931, in Detroit, she married Carl R Simon, who preceded her in death on Aug 23, 1992.
Surviving are her daughter Carol (Jeff) Hayes of Fife Lake; brother William Boyer; sisters, Alice Miller, Dorothy Flynn, and Betty DeRosa; seven grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
A daughter Susan Stolicker, and brother Robert Boyer preceded her in death.
Memorial services will be at 2 pm Sat, Apr 28, 2001, at Hope Village; Rev. Howard Seaver will officiate.
Memorial gifts may be directed to the American Heart Association or the Fife Lake United Methodist Church.
