Margaret P Olund, age 84, of Bellingham passed away on Sun, Oct 23, 2005. She was born Oct 12, 1921 in Ord, Nebraska to Victor and Mary (Coppens) Desmul.
Margaret was a graduate of Lynden High School and married harry Olund on Apr 25, 1942 in Lynden, WA. He preceded her in death in December of 2000.
Years ago she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Margaret loved to sew and make hook rugs and fruit baskets. She was also very talented at arranging flowers.
Margaret is survived by her son Robert (Teresa) Olund of Ferndale, WA, brother in law, Virgil (Arlene) Olund of Bellingham, granddaughters, Susie Schuchard, Melissa Whitemon, and Cassandra Olund all of Ferndale; four great granddaughters and one great grandson.
A funeral service will be held on Thu, Oct 27, 2005 at 11 am in the Greenacres Moles Funeral Chapel.
