Margaret I Wishart, 78, of Kalkaska, died Oct 16, 1999, at Grand Traverse Pavilions. 

Margaret was born in Gladwin on Jun 1, 1921, daughter of the late John and Leah (Young) Campbell. 

Margaret had been a lifelong resident of the Kalkaska area. A hairdresser for 52 years, she owned and operated Margaret's Beauty Nook prior to her retirement in 1992. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Kalkaska United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. 

A loving mother and grandmother, Margaret is survived by children Sharon Wells of Flint and Geraldine (Virgil) Birgy of Fife Lake; brothers Max (Esther) Campbell of Kalkaska, Ted (Evelyn) Campbell of Plainwell, and Paul Campbell of Delton; sisters Gracye Denoyer of Troy, OH, and Janet (Glenn) Dewar of Kalkaska; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. 

Son James Cleary; brothers Ralph, Lloyd, Re, Elmer and Dale; and sister Lucille preceded her in death. 

Funeral services were Oct 19 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; Mark McCool officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
