Funeral Notes
Services for Mrs. Mable L. Stombaugh, 69, of 116 E. Fairview St., who died at 2:15am Tuesday in Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness, will be at 10am Thursday in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 1201 S Michigan ST. Rev. Leonard L. Straigt of Chippewa Heights Wesleyn Church will officiate. Burial will be in Crumstown Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9pm today in the funeral home.
She was born September 10, 1912, in Warren IN and lived in this area most o her life. On August 12, 1944, in South Bend, she married Harold Stombaugh who died in 1969. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lois Sieron of Dayton OH; four grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Effie Bertsch of Bluffton IN, Mrs. Rosezella James of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Margaret Hughes and Mrs. Grace Johnson, both of Plymouth.
