Kenneth G. Tucker, 61, of Kalkaska, died Thursday evening, Nov 15, 1990 at Munson Medical Center.
Mr. Tucker had been a lifelong resident of Kalkaska, and was a retired construction worker. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, and was a member of Land O'Lakes Post 8684 V.F.W.
He was born in Elwood, Ind. on June 2, 1929 to Alva and Marjorie Reynolds Cummiford. On Dec 6, 1949, in Fort Belvoir, VA, he was united in marriage with Margaret Hickey who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Andrew Tucker of Jackson, Paul Tucker of Howell and Patrick Tucker of Kalkaska; three daughters, Margaret Jimerson of Naples, Fla., Patricia White of Albany, NY, and Elizabeth Tucker of Powers; one sister, Wanda Osborn of Contookcook, NH; one sister-in-law, Ellen Tucker of Kalkaska and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Tucker, and one sister, Jean Dulaney.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Nov. 18, 1990, at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church. Father Patrick J. Barrett officiated. Cremation followed church services.
