Kathleen (Kathy) Patricia Buchanan died on Fri, Dec 10, 2004, while she was sleeping at her home. She was 40 years old.
She leaves behind a husband, Randy Ottgen; children, Robert Edgington, Adam Breithaupt, Megan Buchanan, and Kyle Buchanan.
Kathy was born Jan 1, 1964, in Grand Rapids, the daughter of William Crane and Patricia Smith. Her family included siblings Janie, Dawn, Gail, Howard, and Ron.
She was a wonderful, strong, and beautiful woman who loved her family very much. She enjoyed cooking, camping, and spending time with her family. Kathy loved her pets, Pio, Recon, and Princess. She is very missed by everyone. She will feel no pain anymore for she is at rest.
Services were held Mon, Dec 13 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Pastor David Rosenberg of Bear Lake Christian Church gave a beautiful sermon.
The family would like to thank all those who assisted it in its time of need.
