Kathleen (Kathy) M. Challenger, Bonita Springs, 35, of Jackson died Jan 9, 1989, at Lee Memorial Hospital. She had been a resident of Bonita Springs since 1979, coming from Flint, MI. she was a hairdresser with Maison Blanche. She is survived by her husband James Challender; daughter, Angela Challender; and her mother, Jennie Woodley, all of Bonia Springs; and one sister, Lynda Woodley of Flint, MI. She was preceded in death by her son, David Challender, who died in 1981. Funeral services will be held Jan 12, 1989, at 10 am at Walter Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home, with Rev. Thomas Pope of the Open Door Fellowship Church officiating. Burial will follow in Bonita Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wed from 7 to 9 pm at the funeral home.
