Mrs. June E. Bouse, 74, of Kalkaska, died Fri, Oct 11, 1996, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Bouse had been employed for many years at the Methodist Children's Home in Detroit. She moved to Kalkaska County nine years ago from Redford.
Born in Detroit on Mar 9, 1922, she was the daughter of James and Nellie Muddle Johnson. On Jun1 0, 1941, in Detroit, she married James Bouse who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, James Bouse Jr of WA, Richard Bouse of Howell, Ronald Bouse of Grayling, and Robert Bouse of AZ; one brother, Bert Johnson; two sisters, Barbara Bouse of Detroit and Irene Sims of FL; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tue, Oct 15, 1996, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Charles Stanley, pastor of the Kalkaska United Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Excelsior Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
