Judith Annette Hansen, of Fife Lake, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 30th, 2013. Judy was born on June 27th 1944. She just celebrated her 69th birthday. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Michael Hansen. Judy is survived by her mother, Wenona Cummer, her children Steven Cummer, Therese Cummer, James Cummer, and Daniel Cummer; 5 step-children; her siblings, Dan (Pat) Potter, Vivian Engle, Thomas (Cindy) Chapman, and April Kelley; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Judy was well known in the community, mostly due to her volunteering at K.A.I.R. in Kalkaska. She enjoyed life, and went out of her way to help anyone in need.
A Memorial Service will be held at Kalkaska Funeral Home on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 2:00 PM with visiting beginning at 1:00 PM. There will be a get together following the funeral at the American Legion in Fife Lake. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kalkaska Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
