John W. Krisan, Jr., 57, a resident of South Boardman for the past eight years, died Sat, Oct 16, 1993, at his residence.
Mr. Krisan had lived in St. Clair Shores, and was employed by the Whittaker Steel Company in Detroit prior to his retirement. He served in the U.S. Navy, and was a very active member and officer of Kalkaska Moose Lodge No 2348. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Krisan was born in Highland Park on Apr 30, 1936, to John and Anna Cormendy Krisan.
Surviving are two sons, Anthony Krisan of Aubern Hills, and Timothy Krisan of Harrisville; his mother, Anna Krisan of Ferndale; one sister, Rose Gallus of Utica; his fiance, Marjorie Edwards of South Boardman and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tue, Oct 18, 1993, at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Father Patrick J. Barrett will officiate. Cremation will follow funeral services.
