Thank your for your service

Jack Pascuzzi, age 85 years of Essexville, our helpful, generous, and endearing husband, father, and papa went home to be with the Lord on November 6, 2015. Jack was born in Bay City on January 9, 1930, the son of the late Anthony “Papa Tony” and Myrtle (Davis) Pascuzzi. He graduated with the Class of 1949 from Bay City Central and married the love of his life, his neighbor, the former Suzanne Pett on August 4, 1951. Jack proudly served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division during the Korean Conflict. After forty years of faithful service, he retired as an electrician from General Motors Powertrain in 1985. Throughout life, Jack had a true passion for the outdoors, in particular hunting and fishing. He was a faithful member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church and will forever be remembered for his loving and caring ways. Jack leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of sixty-four years, Suzanne Pascuzzi and their children, Myra and husband, Donald LaPouttre and Mary Sue and husband, Darryl Bond. Jack was the most awesome papa of Sarah LaPouttre, Elizabeth and husband, Patriece Thompson and John (Autumn Tobias) LaPouttre. He will be deeply missed by his great-grandchildren, who were the light of his life: Jaelyn, Miranda, Cassidy, Cheyenne, Kyla, Isaiah, Kamyle; honorary granddaughter, Morgan Kozuch, along with the Jacobs and Groulx families. In addition to his parents, Jack was welcomed home to heaven by his great-grandson, Princeton.
