Joan E. (Winesburgh) McKelvy, 77, formerly of Ross, passed away on Sun, Apr 22, 2007. She was the beloved wife of the late William McKelvy. Loving sister of Jean E. Blythe, Raymond Winesburgh, George Winesburgh, Gail Olson, and Laurine Wynn. Friends will be received on Tuesday 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm in the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc 1032 Perry Hwy, Ross Twp. Interment will be private.
