Jess Redding, 56, a resident of Hartford City until 13 years ago, died Saturday at a St. Louis, MO, hospital. He had been in ill health for five years.
He is survived by his wife, Grace; two daughters, Ninale Cole and Anita Foust, St. Louis; several grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Carrie Michael, Hartford City; two sisters, Mrs. Patricia Banter and Mrs. Jerry Turner, Hartford City, and step brother, Earl Michael, Hartford City.
Funeral services will be at 10 am Wednesday at Derben-Weiden Funeral Home, St. Louis. Burial will be in a St. Louis Cemetery.
