Garrett, Janet M. 68, of Alpena died Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Tendercare Alpena.
She is survived by her four children, Jon Sr. (Beth) Beegle of Virginia, Mark (Jeanette) Beegle of Alpena, Susan Lewis of Alpena, and Philip (Mary) of Romeo; three step-children, Lesia (David) Ramey of Tennessee, Christ Brown of Indiana, and Billy (Misty) Garrett of Ohio; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, John (Harriet) Moshier of Spruce, Wayne (Nancy) Moshier of Arizona, and Lynn (Gail) Moshier of Montana; two sisters, JoAnne (Bill) Benedict of Lake Orion, and Wanda Christopher of Burton, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will gather at the Karpus-Hunter Funeral home on Friday, March 25, 2011, from 2-8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday, March 26, 2011, at the funeral home from 12 p.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service begins with Rev. Don Durby officiating.
Interment will be at Christian Memorial Cemetery - Rochester
