James Aaron Kantz, 69, died Jan 25, 1997 in Hot Springs, AR.
Mr. Kantz was a former Kalkaska County resident having lived in Bear Lake Township for 48 years. He moved to Arkansas in 1995. While living in Kalkaska he worked for the Kalkaska Public Schools and the National Bank of Detroit. He was a veteran of WWII.
Born Oct 3, 1927 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Jack and Lottie Kantz.
Surviving are his mother, Lottie Howe of Alabama, two sisters, two nieces, and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father and an infant son.
Cremation has taken place.
