I Jean Crow VanAtta, 90 of Ada, died at 10:25pm at the Mennonite Memorial Home.
She was the daughter of Floyd D. and Anna Ethel (Pugh) Crowe. On December 20, 1942, she married Harold F. “Hal” Van Atta, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Jean Anne (Gerald “Jerry”) Dearth, Ada; a brother, Lowell, Lima; and three granddaughters, four step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, and two step great great grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Sheridan “Danny”; and four brothers.
She was co-owner and co-operator with her husband Hal & Jean’s Restaurant of Ada, and also owners and operators of 302 Carry-Out, Ada. She was a member of the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, Ada.
Funeral services will be at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, with Pastor Thomas Dearth officiating.
