Mrs. Ida F. Rocque, 87, of Kalkaska, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 1990, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Rocque had associated with her husband in the real estate business in Kalkaska for many years. She moved to Detroit, and returned to Kalkaska following her retirement in 1971. She was a member of the Kalkaska Church of Christ, Elona-Columbia Chapter 99 O.E.S., and Rebekah Lodge 54.
Mrs. Rocque was born in Detroit on Feb 9, 1903 to Michael and Emma Robinson Foley. She was married in Detroit on Dec. 14, 1932 to louis Rocque, Sr. He died on June 7, 1960.
Surviving are two sons, Louis Rocque, Jr. of Mancelona, and Frederick Rocque of Naubinway; one sister, Florence Brock of Detroit; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
One daughter, Jane Rocque, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Nov. 19, 1990, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. E. Dan Johnson, pastor of the Kalkaska Church of Christ, officiated. An Eastern Star service followed the funeral service.
Interment services were held Tuesday, Nov. 20, 1990 at Acacia Park Cemetery in Southfield Township.
