Mrs. Harriette R. Simington, 80, of Fife Lake, died Saturday, December 29, 1990 at Grand Traverse Community Hospital.
Mrs. Simington lived in Lansing until 25 years ago when she moved to Fife Lake. She was affiliated with the Fife Lake Baptist Church.
She was born in Pellston on Sept. 24, 1910 to Randall and Minnie Hatch Spencer. On June 27, 1947, in Napoleon, Ohio she was married to Clyde Simington who preceded her in death on July 18, 1979.
Surviving are two sons, Leon Lieninger of Riverside, Calif. and LeRoy Spencer of Eureka, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
One son, Eugene Leininger, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan 2, 1991, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. James Moody, pastor of the Fife Lake Baptist Church, officiated. Burial was in Garfield Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
