Mrs. Goldie Zimmerman, 100, of Rapid City, died Tue, Mar 12, 1996, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Zimmerman moved to Kalkaska County 57 years ago from Indiana. She enjoyed gardening.
Born in Paulding County, OH on Jul 20, 1895, she was the daughter of James and Louise Slusher. On Dec 12, 1928, in Decatur, IN she married William Zimmerman who died on Mar 13, 1978.
Surviving are one daughter, Beulah Vandergriff of Rapid City; one grandson, William Vandergriff of Rapid City; and three great grandchildren, Brittany, Andrew, and Christopher Vandergriff.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and 11 brothers.
Graveside services were held Fri, Mar 15, 1996, at Clearwater Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County. Mark McCool, pastor of the Antrim Church of Christ, officiated.
