Ginnice Lucille Montney, age 53, of Kalkaska, formerly of Flint, passed away Wed, Jun 13, 2007, at Munson Medical Center. Ginnice was born Jan 4, 1954, in Flint, to Robert and Donna (LaMay) Powell.
She is survived by ex husband, Walter "Mike" Montney of Kalkaska, daughter: Daina (Emery) Smith of Fife Lake, son Michael Montney of Kalkaska, sisters: Tracey Kramer, Dawnice Day, and Deann (Dan) Messler, niece: Shayna (Mark) Long, nephews: Timothy (Natalee) Kramer, and Kenneth "Scooter" (Katrina) Kelley, grandson, Vaughn Smith and many great nieces and nephews.
Ginnice was preceded in death by her mother Donna father Robert and brother in law James Day.
A memorial service was held Mon, Jun 18, 2007, at Covell Funeral Home in Kingsley, with Reverend Ken Doss officiating.
Arrangements were entrusted to Covell Funeral Home of Kingsley.
