Gerald E. McCarrick, 79, of Spring Hill, died Monday, July 20, at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. He was born in Troy, Mich, and moved to this area nine years ago from Zephryhills.
Mr. McCarrick was a retired truck driver for Champion Mobile Homes, Korean conflict U.S. Army veteran, a member of VFW Post 10209 and a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Alice; two sons, Stephen McCarrick of Vero Beach and Russell McCarrick of Clinton Township, Mich.; two daughters, Annette Olive of Wilton Manor and Laura Sefton of Mayville, Mich; a brother, Howard McCarrick of Palm Bay; nine grandchildren; and nine great-granchildren.
