Frederic W. Balkwell, 68, of Kalkaska, died Fri, Oct 26 2001.
He was born on Sep 17, 1933 in Pontiac, to Edward A and Edna May (Watt) Balkwell.
Mr. Balkwell married Beverly on Sep 6, 1980 at Union Lake and they moved to Kalkaska in 1993. He also served in the Air Force. Frederic retired from General Motors Plant 9 Engine, Dept 938 of Pontiac Motor Division in Jun 1990.
Surviving are his wife Beverly of Kalkaska; daughter Kendra Smith of Fenton; son Timothy (Veronica) Streeter of Iceland; granddaughter Sarah Ashley Smith of Fenton; grandsons Kris-Tyan Edward Streeter and Elias Nikolai Streeter of Iceland.
Frederic was predeceased by his parents and brother Edward A. Balkwell, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
Arrangements were made by Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska.
