Farrel Paul McGeath, 60, 2823 S. High St., died Wed at Ball Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He had lived in Muncie for 30 years, coming here from OK. A native of Grant County, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Levi McGeath. He had worked as a maintenance man at Ball Hospital. Mr. McGeath attended the Shady Grove Church of God.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. James Wilson, Muncie; a stepson, Donovan McGeath, Carbondale, IL; a sister, Mrs. Cleo Dearduff, Matthews, and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10am Sat at the Stephens Funeral Home. Rev. John Cooper will officiate. Burial will be in the Stahl Cemetery at Poneto. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7:30 to 9pm Thu; from 3 to 5pm and from 7 to 9pm Fri and prior to the funeral Sat.
