Mrs. Fay M. Kula, 83, of Kalkaska, died Feb 20, 1998, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Kula moved to Kalkaska from Bad Axe in 1960. She enjoyed music.
She was born in Bad Axe on Dec 29, 1914, to Robert and Isabelle (Morrison) Fuester. She married Albert Kula on Jun 20, 1937, in Caro. He preceded her in death on Apr 20, 1973.
Mrs. Kula is survived by her sons Wayne Kula of Kalkaska, and Robert Kula of Ethel, LA; brother Lynn Fuester of Cass City; sister Kathleen Hess of Bradenton, FL; nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A brother, Elmer, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Feb 24 at Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Max Tracey officiated.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
