Mrs. Erma L. Henderson, 54, of Rapid City, died Saturday, May 19, 1990, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
Mrs. Henderson had been a lifelong resident of the Williamsburg and Rapid City areas. She had been employed as a librarian and teacher's aid at the Rapid City School. She was a member of the Rapid City Church of Christ, and enjoyed reading, gardening, quilting, and sewing.
Mrs. Henderson was born in Williamsburg on April 11, 1936 to George and Bertha Udell Warner. On July 10, 1954, in Rapid City, she was married to Arvid (Zeke) Henderson who survives.
Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, Rick of Roscommon, Mike, Dennis, and Andy all of Rapid City; two sisters, Mrs. Alton (Dolly) Henderson of Wyoming, Mich., and Mrs. Douglas (Mary Ann) Carothers of Cupertino, Calif.; four brothers, George Warner of Phoenix, Ariz., Robert Warner of Windsor, Ontario, Donald Warner of Kalkaska, and Raymond Warner of Bay City.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marceline and Evelyn, and two brothers, Ivan and Albert.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 22, 1990, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Jerry Leazenby, pastor of the Rapid City Church of Christ, officiated. Burial was in Clearwater Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
