Mrs. Elizabeth M. Frounfelter, 82, of Farmington Hills, formerly of Kalkaska, died Fri, Mar 10, 1995, at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills.
Mrs. Frounfelter lived in the Kalkaska area for 25 years prior to moving to the Detroit area three years ago. She was a former member of the Order of Eastern Stars adn enjoyed crafts.
Mrs. Frounfelter was born in Berrien Springs on Mar 30, 1912, to Ernest and Ina VanVranken Lewis. On Aug 7, 1937, in Angola, IN, she married Lloyd Frounfelter who preceded her in death on Dec 13, 1982.
Surviving are one son, Tom Frounfelter of AR; two daughters, Nancy Blackhurst of Midland, and Debra Sechler of Commerce Township; one sister-in-law, Betty Lou Frounfelter of Detroit; a lifelong friend, Anna McCauley of Lynchburg, VA; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Mon, Mar 13, 1995, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Charles VanLente, pastor of Kalkaska United Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
