Eleanor B Cesarz, 89, of Kalkaska, died Aug 10, 2002, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
She was born on Apr 8, 1913, in Detroit, the daughter of the late John and Mary (Platt) Dargo. She attended school in Belleville. Eleanor married Joseph J Cesarz in 1935 at St Anthony's Catholic Church in Belleville. He preceded her in death in 1949.
She had owned and operated her own beauty shop in Luzerne for 25 years, retiring in 1985.
She is survived by daughters Elizabeth (Gordon) Gallinger of Williamsburg, and Mary Ann Green of Rapid City; son, Joseph (Elizabeth) Cesarz of Fort Myers, FL; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one great grandchild, Reggie McCanhan.
Cremation has taken place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Manistee.
The Oak Grove Cremation Center of Manistee is in charge of funeral arrangements.
