Edmund S. Mueller, 87, of Mancelona, died Sun, Dec 25, 1994, at his residence.
Mr. Mueller moved to Kalkaska County in 1961, from Clawson. Prior to his retirement he worked as an accountant for the Scotten-Dillon Tobacco Company. He served with the U.S. Army during WWII, and was a member of the American Legion, Masonic Lodge, Kalkaska County Historical Society, and the Mancelona United Methodist Church. He enjoyed birds and plants.
Mr. Mueller was born in Detroit on Jan 19, 1907, to Otto and Viola Gladowitz Mueller.
He married Jessie Pouliot in Detroit on Nov 23, 1949, who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one stepson, Allan Pouliot of New Orleans, LA; one stepdaughter, Judith Berry of Detroit; one sister, Eleanor Schuette of Portland, OR; nine grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
Family services were held.
