Dorothy G. Weaver, 83, of Madison Heights, formerly of Fife Lake, died Fri, Oct 27, 2000.
She was born in Fife Lake Sep 4, 1917, the daughter of Francis and Ethel (Bigham) Creiver. In 1930, she married Sidney Weaver, who preceded her in death.
Dorothy retired from Foam-Made Industries in Royal Oak after many years of service. She was a former president of the Hazel Park Eagles Women's Auxiliary and she enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include daughters Marilyn (Donald) Myers of Madison Heights and Jarney Ann (Lee) Walch of Warren; 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and sister Zelda (George) Smith of Fife Lake.
Besides her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by daughter, Frances Yvonne, and brothers Mancel and Donald.
Visitation was at Covell-Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley, where a rosary was prayed. A Mass of Christian Burial was Oct 30 at St Aloyisius Catholic Church in Fife Lake; Rev. James Holtz served as celebrant. Interment was at St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
