Dorothy G Smith, 82, of Torch Lake, died Thu, Jun 3, 1999, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Smith was born in Flint on Feb 17, 1917, to Mr. and Mrs. J. Cordova. On Dec 31, 1937, in Flint, she married LaVern J Smith who preceded her in death on Nov 26, 1998.
She was employed as a secretary with General Motors in Flint until moving to the Torch Lake area in 1971.
She was a member of the Person's Harbor Women's Club and the Senior Coalition, and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing.
Surviving are son Anthony Chaz Devlin of Torch Lake, and sister Helen Patton of Albany, GA.
Sister Marguerite Wellington and brother Malcolm Cordova, preceded her in death.
Memorial services will be at Flint Memorial Park at a later date.
