David Alan Fleming, 29, of Rockford, died 6:40am Thu in University Hospital, Columbus.
Born January 22, 1942 in Lima, he was the son of Lester and Evelyn Wright Felming. They survive at Rt. 7, Lima. He married Jane E. Smith on January 14, 1967, and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, David Andrew and Christopher Alan, both at home; two sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Martha) Kitzpatrick of Hamilton and Joan Fleming of Rt 7, Lima; three brothers, Thomas, serving with the Navy in Germany, Daniel of Lafayette, and John of Rt. 7, Lima; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Wright of Rt. 1, Ada; and paternal grandfather, John Fleming of Rt. 7, Lima.
He was a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church. He was a teacher at Parkway Local School.
Services will be 2:30pm Sun in the church, Rev. L.H. Wyandt officiating. Burial will be in Desenberg Cemetery, west of here.
