Former Kalkaska resident Dale Martin, 27, died unexpectedly at his home in Waterloo, AL on Dec 19 ,1998.
Dale was born Apr 25, 1971. He graduated from Kalkaska High School in 1990. After graduation he served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years.
Surviving are his parents Janet Small of Grayling and Ron Cope of North Carolina, daughter Amanda Martin of Traverse City, and brother Paul Martin of Waterloo, AL.
Military funeral services were held Dec 23 in Waterloo.
