Dale A. Mooring, 59, of Fife Lake, passed away on September 23, 2023 at his home. Dale was born on December 13, 1963 to Grace Mooring and Bill Camp. Dale most recently worked for Packaging Corporation of America for over 20 years. He enjoyed living a simple life and some of his favorite hobbies included deer hunting, watching western movies, and being a backyard mechanic. He loved caring for and spending time with his family and sharing a good joke or two. He was very witty. He was blessed to have the love an support of a large family. Dale is survived by his partner through life, Sue; his children, Jessica (Trent), Jordan, Patrick, and Aidan; granddaughter, Cassidy; siblings Susanne (Dale) Booth, Donna (Tom) Gonyer, Jo Crossett, Lonnette (Darryl) Bissett, Billie (Larry) Taylor, Mike Mooring, Michelle (Gary) Ingersoll, and Jill (John) Gooding; several nieces and nephews. Dale was preceded in death by his mother Grace Mooring and father Bill Camp; grandparents, Arthur and Florence Henderson; nephews, Jason Crossett and Nathan Ingersoll. A graveside service, officiated by Linda Bridson, will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Clark Cemetery, Springfield Township, Fife Lake, Michigan. A luncheon will follow at the Fife Lake Library Community Room. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kalkaska Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
