Connie May Griffin, eight month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L.D. Griffin of 853 Hamblin Avenue, died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday at a local hospital after an illness of one day. She was born here June 19, 1949. Survivors, in addition to her parents, are a twin-brother, Donnie D; paternal grandfather, Howard Griffin of Alma; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mable Quinlan of Mt. Pleasant; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Powers of 118 North Sixteenth street; a great-grandfather, D.G. Niswonger of Mt. Pleasant; and three sets of great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Adams of Mt. Pleasant; Mr. and Mrs. David Jacobs of Mesick, and Mr. and Mrs. L. Powers of Plymouth.
