Connie Lee Macey, 61, of Burling, MI, passed away Tue, Mar 2, 2021 at Glenn Arbor Hospice in Battle Creek, MI. She was born Sep 18, 1959 in Coldwater, Mi the daughter of Floyd A Worden and Linda Lou (Ray) Worden. Connie married Gary E. Macey on May 23, 2003 in Battle Creek.
Connie was a hard worker. She was the owner of Brookside Service Center, retired from Kellogg Company after eighteen years, and most recently became owner and operator of Turtle Creek Golf Course. She found great joy in spending time with her grandkids; attending their sporting events and school activities. Connie also had a great love for all animals an done of her favorite things to do was spend time at home and work on home projects. Connie enjoyed listening to country music and had a great love for all her patrons at the golf course; she found lots of joy in helping people relax and have fun. She was always the person who took care of everyone else and did whatever needed doing. Connie will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband: Gary Elwyn Macey; her parents: Floyd and Linda Worden; one son: Clint Wart; one daughter: Cristi (Eric) Bouldin; siblings Lynn and Cindy; four grandchildren; and her mother in law, Jeraline Macey.
She was preceded in death by her father in law, Stanley Macey.
A memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Turtler Creek Golf Course in Burlington, MI.
In lieu of flowers memorial tributes may be made to the American Cancer Society.
