Clyde W. Wilbur, age 81, passed away suddenly at his home in Alden on Wed, Apr 26, 1967. He was born Aug 14, 1885, At Walton Junction, MI, the son of Wesley and Jane Wilbur.

Mr. Wilbur was an employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad for 47 years, prior to moving to Alden in 1949. He was a life member of the Grand River Masonic Lodge of Grand Rapids.

Besides his wife, Nina B. Wilbur, he is survived by one son, Wesley Wilbur of Muskegon; three daughters, Mrs. Jack (Dorothy) DeYoung of Sarasota, FL, Mrs. John (Thelma) Richardson, Sun City, AZ; and Mrs. Harold (Janet) Boer of Grand Haven. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Apr 29, 1967 from the Schwartz Funeral Home with Rev. Hedlund of the Fife Lake Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Walton Junction Cemetery.
