Clem A. Amos, III, 52, of Kalkaska, died Jul 2, 1996, at his home.
Mr. Amos was born in Tyler county, WV on May 31, 1944, son of Clem and Vivian Braham Amos. He had lived in West Virginia prior to moving to Kalkaska in 1989. He enjoyed his work, fishing, and his family.
Surviving are sons Layn Amos of FL, and Dean Amos of Kalkaska; daughters Connie Ann Hemnilla of Marquette, Sonia Amos Warchock and Robin Gilbert, both of Jackson, Connie Sue Reynolds of Bellaire, OH, and Westi Amos of Paden City, WV; his father Clem Amos, Jr of Paden City, WV; former wives Carol Amos, Flora Amos, and Robin Toothman Amos; nine grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services were held at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Paul Karges, pastor of The Peoples Church, officiated. Burial will be in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
