Mr. Clarence H. (Pat) Massie, 90, of Lapeer, died Sep 29, 1993 at Lapeer County Medical Care Facility, Mayfield Township.
Mr. Massie had lived in Pontiac, Hancock, and Imlay City. He worked as a maintenance for a tuberculosis sanitarium in Union Lake and was a self-employed builder and contractor. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dryden.
He was born Apr 12, 1903 in Greasy Ridge, OH to Ezra and Margaret (Pinkerman) Massie. His wife, Amber Crandall, died in Jan 1992.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jim (Patricia) Judd of Kalkaska, a daughter in law, Jackie Massie of Rapid City; one step daughter Sharon and Donald Budnick of Imlay City; a step son, Gene Cartier of Pontiac; seven grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, two great grandchildren and 20 step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son Robert Massie.
Funeral services were held Sat, Oct 4, at Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Imlay City. The Rev. Robert Barker of Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church officiated.
Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dryden.
