Clara E. Donahue, 77, of Kalkaska died May 4, 1998, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Donahue resided in Benton Harbor until moving to Kalkaska County in 1956. She was one of the founding members of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Born in Stevensville on May 30, 1920, she was the daughter of Herman and Ida Pallas Schulz. She married Edward T. Donahue May 2, 1954, in Benton Harbor. He preceded her in death on Feb 10, 1994.
Surviving are brother Harry Schultz of Dowagiac; stepdaughter Mary Ann Haycook; stepson in law Edward Beebe; and several step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Arnold and Henry, sisters Irene and Ruth and stepdaughters Bette, Dorothy, and Pat.
Memorial services were held May 9, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Kalkaska. Rev. Ted Turanski officiated.
