Charles L Duprey, 75, of Kalkaska, died Tue, Oct 19, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Duprey was employed by Ford Motor Company prior to his retirement in 1979. He resided in Redford Township until moving to Kalkaska County in 1981. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, and was a former member of the Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed building and remodeling houses.
Mr. Duprey was born in Ecorse on Mar 11, 1924, to Lucian and Mary Paul Duprey. He married Jenine Spence in Lincoln Park on Jun 21, 1947.
Surviving are wife, Jenine; son Craig Duprey of Kalkaska; and daughter Denise Duprey of Kalkaska.
Sisters Margaret, Marian, and Irene preceded him in death.
Memorial services are at 11 am Sat, Nov 6, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cherryland Humane Society.
