Charles H. Elmy, 47, of Alden, died early Sunday, Sept. 2, 1990, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mr. Elmy moved to Alden from Pontiac in 1978. He served in the U.S. Navy in 1961, and was formerly employed as a truck driver by Wilson Propane company. He was a member of the Lighthouse Chapel.
Mr. Elmy was born in Pontiac on March 4, 1943 to Robert and Hilda Thone Elmy. ON November 9, 1968j, in Walled Lake, he was married to Vickie Webb who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Eric and Andrew both at hom; two daughters, Tracy and Amy both at hom; two brothers, George Elmy of Hephizibah, Ga., and Leslie Elmy of Grayling; and two sisters, Marion Leinenger of Pontiac, and Barbara DeHaven of Houghton Lake.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept 5, 1990, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Max Tracey, pastor of the Lighthouse Chapel, officiated. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery at Leetsville.
