Mrs. Carrie C. Lawrence, 67, died today in Morenci Area Hospital. Born in Syracuse, NY, she had spent most of her life in this area.
Mrs. Lawrence was a member of Lyons Church of Christ, Christian Women’s Fellowship, Eastern Star, Past Matrons Club, Birthday Club, and Weston Extension Club.
Surviving are her husband, Harry; daughters, Mrs. Bernadne Thomasy, Toledo; Mrs. Vivan Beal, Los Angeles, CA; son, James, Sand Creek, MI; sisters, Mrs. Ethel Ziegler, Detroit, MI; Mrs. Bessie Fairbanks, Lyons; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 pm Thu in the church with burial in Lyons Cemetery. The body is in the Biehl Malone Mortuary.
