Bruce Edward Bigler, Reeds Spring, MO, son of William and Elizabeth (Burge) Bigler was born Apr 24, 1934 in Oakland, CA and departed this life Aug 21, 2010, in his home, at the age of 76.
Bruce was a retired navy officer and had lived in the area the past 17 years coming from Newark, CA. He was of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors include: his wife, Jacqueline; one son, Norm Vaupel; four daughters, Margaret Perrone, Stacey Chisum, Heide Preston and Deone Esser; two brothers, Bill Bigler and John Bigler; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held at 11am Thu, Aug 26, 2010 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 224 Church Rd in Branson. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home-South Kimberling City.
