Mrs. Betty Wanless Decker, 67, of Williamsburg, died Wed, Dec 20, 1995, at her home.
Mrs. Decker was a retired x-ray technologist, and moved to Kalkaska County in 1973, from Grand Rapids. She was affiliated with Trinity Lutheran Church in Traverse City. A former third baseman for the Grand Rapids Chicks, she enjoyed athletics and fishing.
Mrs. Decker was born in Springfield, IL on Aug 28, 1928, to William and Katherine Adams Wanless. She married Dan G. Decker who survives.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one sister, Louise Allen of Springfield, IL.
Funeral services were held Fri, Dec 22, 1995, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Pastor Charles Gieschen officiated. Cremation followed funeral services.
