Beatrice “Betty” Mae Hubbard, 84, of Evant, passed away on Dec 29, 2011 at her home. Graveside service will be Sat, Dec 31, 2011 at 2pm at Murphree Cemetery in Evant, TX.
Betty was born in South Bend, IN, to the late George H. and Hulda Demske. Betty married Polk Barfield in 1944. She always kept her family closest to her heart.
Survivors include her daughters, Bettie (Darlene) Padgett and husband Don, of Evant, Barbara Burnett and husband Bill, of Huffman, and Brenda Simon and husband Dennis, of Huffman; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
