Barbara Lynn West, age 72, passed away unexpectedly on Mon, Feb 1, 2021 in Muskegon.
Born on Mar 12, 1948 in Muskegon to Thomas Hoisington and Harriet (Scheier) Wolf. Barb resided in the area all her life and worked for several years as a pharmacy technician. She was an animal lover, especially her two cats, BooBoo and Cersei, and helped at Heaven Can Wait Animal Haven when she could. Barb was a kind, caring person who was always there when someone needed to talk. She will be deeply missed by her children, Russell Raap Jr (DeLynne Hern), Jeffrey Raap, Kari Flowers and Teri Hurley (Michael Westerlund); grandchildren, Brittney O’Shinski Hali Raap, Justin Nunnery, Samantha Blakeman, Vince Raap, Tyler Hurley, Stephanie Stokes, Lauren Hurley and Emma Hurley; and one great grandson on the way.
Per Barb’s wishes, no services will be held and cremation taken place.
